Process Service
Licensed professional investigators who offer
service of process provide legal notice by personally delivering court documents describing the legal action to the
individual or corporate representative being served.
Personal process service is one of the most reliable methods of meeting due process requirements. Some process
servers offer to provide video as proof of service.
Due to the many variables outside the control of the process server, personal service of process cannot be
guaranteed. Should this occur, the professional investigator will contact you to discuss alternatives prior to
returning court papers unserved. For example, "drop" service to a positively identified party who refuses to accept
delivery is one alternative that's considered valid service.
